He finished middle school.
Career
He was engaged in the drawing of cartoons since finishing middle school education in 1932. He first established his career as a cartoonist when his work was published in the magazine “Cartoon”. He drew a serial cartoon for the Yomiuri Newspapers. Among his cartoon books are the “Happy-Go-Lucky Uncle” and “Mr. Todo-roki”.
