Education

1933 graduated Perm Aviation Technologists’ School. 1934 graduated Advanced Training School for Technology Personnel. 1939 graduated Kacha Aviation Flying School.

1948 graduated Frunze Military Academy. 1957 graduated Voroshilov Advanced Military Academy.

Career

During World War II engaged in 156 air battles and personally shot down 59 enemy aircraft. Deputy, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1946, 1950, 1954 and 1958 convocation. Member, Commission for Foreign Affairs, Soviet of Nationalities, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1958 convocation.

Delegation at 1959 Communist Party of the Soviet Union Congress. Since 1932 in Soviet Army. Until 1936 flight aviation mechanical, Krasnodar.

During World War II succesively commanded: air force squadron, regiment and division. After war inspector of fighter aviation, USSR Air Force.

Views

The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
