Aleksei Antsiferov, USSR Economist.


Antsiferov, Aleksei was born in 1867 in Voronezh. Son of a mathematics professor.


Graduated in law from Moscow University, 1890.


Became known as an authority on thecooperation movement and statistics. Lecturer later professor at Kharkov University, 1903. Took part in the European agricultural cooperation movement before World War I. During the Civil War emigrated and settled in Paris.

Chairman of the Russian Academic Group in France.
