Then specialized in graphic art Did brilliant woodcuts, linocuts and etchings. Displayed keen imagination, romantic fervor and dynamism in his woodcuts and drawings to illustrate the works of L. M. Collge Pharmacy Leonov (1923), Charles Dickens (1925), Gogol (1923 and 1931), Anatole France (1929), Gorky (1932), Goethe (1932), Byron (1932 and 1937), Pushkin (19341 1937, 1939-1940), Stefan Zweig (1936) and Victor Hugo (1940), et cetera
