He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kharkov University (mid-1860's).
He served as an investigator in the city of Perm, then in the town of Ostrogozhsk, Voronezh province. He collaborated with the capital and provincial periodicals. Several small dramatic works by Avramov were staged at the Voronezh Theater.
The author of the books: "The Unfortunate Day: Scenes from the Provincial Life" (Moscow, 1883), "In the Woods: The Comedy-Joke" (Moscow, 1888), "The Bride is going to be looked at: The Picture of Merchant Life" (Moscow, 1890), " Miniatures: Stories for public performance on stage "(Moscow, 1892).
The article "Our booksellers, writers and Koltsov's new comrade" (Don, 1894, March 22) was reprinted in the journal Philological Notes (2002, Issue 18). In the 1890s he published this works in the local newspaper Don.
The author of the memoirs about Mikhail Mihailovich Skiade (Don, 1888, October 6), notes on the family of Alexei Vasilyevich Koltsov (Don, 1892, October 4, 18, 29), a series of notes "Cemetery epitaphs" (Don, 1892) , August 25, October 27 and others).
