Alexander Egorovich worked in the town of Kalach as a graphic designer, chief artist, director of the Center for Traditional Culture (1971-2001), district administration specialist (since 2001). He is the author of the emblem of the city of Kalach and a number of projects of monumental works, including the monument to M.O. Hannibal and A.S. Pushkin (opened in the suburban village of Zakharovo, 2005), a monument to dead soldiers of the 6th Army, a composition dedicated to the figure skaters L. Pakhomova and A. Gorshkov (opened in the suburban town of Odintsovo, 2006). His works are kept in collections of museums in Moscow, Sergiev Posad, and private collections. The author of illustrations for the books: "I am a man" (Moscow, 2001), "Russian-Slovenian almanac" (Moscow, 2001), "Ancient and modern Slovenia" (Moscow, Yuri Venelin, 2004) and others. Kozinin's personal exhibition "My Pushkin" was held in Kalach (1999). Kozinin's works have been published in books: "Slovenia for centuries" (Ljubljana, 2001), "Pushkin Moscow Region" (Moscow, 2003), "The Art of Russia" (Moscow, 2004) and others.
