Egor Fedorovich graduated from Buturlinovsky art-graphic pedagogical school (1972), art-graphic faculty of the Kursk State Pedagogical Institute (1977), research degree at the drawing department of the Moscow State Pedagogical Institute named after V.I. Lenin (1986).
Egor Fedorovich have been a participant of regional, interregional, All-Russian and foreign exhibitions since 1981. He was a lecturer of the Buturlinovsky Art and Graphic School (1977-1980), assistant, senior lecturer (since 1980). He was a head of the Drawing Department (1987-1997) of the Art and Drawing Faculty of the Kursk State Pedagogical Institute, Associate Professor of the Drawing Department of Kursk State University. Works mainly in the genre of still life.
