In 1846 Alexander Vasil'evich published "Letter to Ryazan publishers" in "Northern Bee". Since 1849 with the help of K.P. Masal’sky printed his own poems in "Son of Fatherland".
During Crimea War of 1852-1856 Alexander Vasil'evich published several patriotic poems in "Ryazan Provincial Statements", which made him famous in tsar’s family. Later repeatedly performed as a formal popular poet.
There is information about death and burial of Alexander Vasil'evich in "Ryazan Study Archival Commission Papers", in commission session protocol of the 10th of December 1893, but this contradicts with his death date.
