Professional work in connection with Metropolitan Elevated Railway, New York, New York, West Shore & Buffalo, South Pennsylvania R.R., Genesee & Wyoming Valley R.R., etc., also gas and mining companies Promotor, and chief engineer and director of Retsof Mining Company, opening and operating, 1883-1893, the salt deposits in Western New York. President Port Dixie Railway & Terminal Company, Shallow Water Boat –°ompany.

Vice president Transit Development Company Veterinary 7th Regiment, New York Neuropsychology Group, in which served 12 years.
