Ali Nobakht

Nobakht was formerly the Deputy of Treatment, Finance and Administration, and Student Affair of Ministry of Health (1986–1993) and Chairman of High Disciplinary Board and Vice President of Medical Council of Iran(1991–1996). Nobakht served as the Secretary of Iranian Academy of Medical Sciences and the division chief of Renal Diseases and Hypertension of Shaheed Beheshti University of Medical Sciences. Nobakht currently works as the director of hemodialysis unit of MEHR hospital in Tehran.
He is the secretary of Iranian Society of Organ Transplantation and Iranian Association of Medical Societies.
Nobakht has married to Maryam Pourseyed for 38 years.
Membership
He is a permanent member of Iranian Academy of Medical Sciences. Nobakht is a member of Iranian Society of Nephrology, American Society of Nephrology (Associate of Science in Nursing), International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and Middle East Society for Organ Transplantation(MESOT).
