(This book is intended to help classic guitarists practice...)
This book is intended to help classic guitarists practice as effectively as possible -- to learn to develop the highest degree of precision and efficiency possible in the shortest amount of time. It is meant not only as a catalogue of patterns from which a student may choose and build exercises most suited to overcoming particular difficulties, but also serves as a guide to help the student analyze his or her own faults and difficulties and enables the student to choose as wisely as possible what exercises are needed. This is a guide to developing technical precision and efficiency by analyzing difficulties, reducing them to their simplest, most basic form, and then selecting from an almost endless catalogue of possibilities, basic patterns of finger movement which can then be developed into exercises of any degree of simplicity or complexity required. This book will help every classic guitarist to play with absolute precision.
