Peruzzi, organized Planters Peanut Company and became president and manager. Incorporated in 1908 and name changed to Planters Nut & Chocolate Company, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, with branches New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia, Boston, Suffolk (Virginia), San Francisco (Toronto (Canada), Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Kansas City, Memphis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Newark, Pittsburgh and Saint Louis.
