Fedoseev, Anatolii was born in 1910 in Petersburg.


Graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Electrical Technology, 1936.


Began as a research engineer at a scientific research institute. Later held senior positions in several research institutes. In 1971, defected while on an official trip to the Paris Air Exhibition.

Settled in Britain, Active contributor to the Russian emigre press.
