Andre Haluska obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Tyler School of Art of Temple University, Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, and his Master of Fine Arts in Photography from the Visual Studies Workshop of the State University of New York, Rochester.
Career
Since 1978 Andre Haluska has been visiting lecturer at the University of Delaware, Newark. From 1974 to 1978 he was assistant professor of photography at the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, and from 1973 to 1974 was instructor of photography at Ocean County College, Toms River, New Jersey. He was an instructor at the Ashbourne School for emotionally disturbed children in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, at various times from 1969 to 1972. Andre Haluska has also been investigating SX-70 materials through a grant from Polaroid.
