This book was originally published prior to 1923, and represents a reproduction of an important historical work, maintaining the same format as the original work. While some publishers have opted to apply OCR (optical character recognition) technology to the process, we believe this leads to sub-optimal results (frequent typographical errors, strange characters and confusing formatting) and does not adequately preserve the historical character of the original artifact. He edited the British Medical Journal 1845-1860, took a Doctor of Medicine Wynter was a frequent contributor to periodicals, including Ainsworth"s Magazine, the Cornhill Magazine, Fraser"s Magazine, the Edinburgh Review, the Quarterly Review, the London Review, Good Words, and Once a Week. Many of his contributions were collected and reissued as books As a doctor, Wynter specialized in insanity, taking wealthy patients as residents at his Chiswick home.
