He studied at the Faculty of Law in Subotica University and became a Bachelor of Arts in 1933. After that he began his studies at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade University and in 1938 became a Doctor of Philosophy.
Career
He began his career as a barrister-at-law in Belgrade, after climbing the corporate ladder he practiced law as an assistant attorney in Novi Sad. He began his educator's career as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law, in the University of Belgrade, later becoming a professor.
