Career
Angelo was born in Sri Lanka and was educated at Saint Michael"s College National School, Batticaloa. He is a graduate of University of Peradeniya, Engineering Faculty and is a Software Engineer by profession. He was ranked 19th nationally in the General Certificate of Education A/L Examination tables at high school.
