Worked at The Schmidt Firm (Dallas, Texas) specializing in General Civil, Trial and Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury, Products Liability and Wrongful Death Law. The firm was founded in 1992 by Commander of Order of Leopold Mike Schmidt, a former litigation partner in Vial, Hamilton, Koch, Tubb, Knox & Stradley (1965-1982) and a former named partner in Stradley, Schmidt, Stephens & Wright (1982-1992) with a well-recognized reputation as an outstanding litigator handling both personal injury, plaintiff and insurance defense cases. The purpose of the new firm is to concentrate the firm"s practice on the representation of catastrophically damaged individuals and families.
