Career
She competed at the 1972 Summer Olympics in four events and finished sixth and eights in the 4 × 100 m freestyle and medley relays, respectively. Being Jewish, she participated at the ninth Maccabiah Games in 1973. Her twin brother, Bernt Zarnowiecki, also competed in freestyle swimming at the 1972 Summer Olympics.
