Career
He is best known for presenting the Weekend Bengali Show on British Broadcasting Corporation Asian Network. Hoque presented the Weekend Bengali Show for over 10 years before leaving in November 2012. He was the longest serving presenter for British Broadcasting Corporation Asian Network.
Hoque also heads the Community Languages Unit for Leicester City Council.
