Arkadii Grigorievich worked as a teacher in Yakutia, served in Transbaikal military region, was a staff member of the newspaper "Voronezhskii universitet" ("Voronezh university"). He is a head of child literary associations (at the present time – of the association "Svetliachok" at the gymnasium №2).
Arkadii Grigorievich was published in magazines ("Novii mir", "Yunost", "Molodaya gvardia", "Pod’em") as well as in children’s magazines ("Pioner", "Koster", "Murzilka"). His poem "Chie prezrenie glaza mne viest?.." ("Who’s contempt will eat out my eyes?") was included in a poetic anthology "Strofi veka" (Minsk; Moscow, 1995) of Evgenii Aleksandrovich Evtushenko. He is the author of some collections of poems published in Voronezh.
