In 2012 he was nominated for "Best Newcomer" in the 2010 United Kingdom Asian Music Awards. He took a short break to work on his music Spending time in the gym as well as the studio, Aron has been following a strict health and fitness regime.
Aron"s debut single was "", released in June 2009.
The first part of the track is a romantic ballad, which stays true to Aron’s Rhythm & Blues style. The latter part sees a return to Aron’s Punjabi roots.
The video reflects the diversity of the song. The singer, who attended the British Academy of New Music in London, trained as a street dancer, displays his choreography ability in the video "Pehla Pyaar".
