Arseny Mikheevich (Mikhailovich) Kuznetsov graduated from the school of peasant youth (New Kurlak village of Anninsky District, Central Chernozemnaya Region, 1931), Anninsky Pedagogical College, Voronezh Pedagogical Institute.
About 20 years Arseny Mikheevich was a teacher of Russian language and literature in rural schools, was in charge of the eight-year incomplete secondary school in Levashevka village of Anninsky District. He was unreasonably repressed. In the last years of his life Arseny Mikheevich worked in the editorial office of the newspaper "Leninets" (Anna), where he headed the literary association. Repeatedly published in the magazine "Rise".
