Mr. Sneden graduated at City College of New York in 1896, and after beginning architectural study, supplemented his early training during three years at the Paris Ecole des Beaux Arts.
He returned to New York early in the 1900’s and during the following years was commissioned to design the First National Bank Building, several stores and a number of schools in Spring Valley (where he made his home), the Church of Christ Scientist in Suffern, also many attractive homes in suburban areas.
