Quotations: “I am primarily a visual person whose early work was based on aesthetics. Over time, thought, idea, and content, however, became the points of departure. In 1994 I began to question my reasons for Painting and the contemporary art scene in general. What is the mission of art? What is creativity? I reread my favorite passages by philosophers, artists, Writers, and performing artists. I hit a golden vein: the perennial philosophy and its relationship to creativity and art. Each chapter of my book is prefaced by my own observations, and each quotation is preceded by a lead-in phrase which guides the reader”.
