In 1925 Atsushi Kimbara graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
In 1925 Atsushi Kimbara became engineer of Communications Ministry. He appointed professor of Department of Technology of Nagoya University (1941) and also head of Nagoya University's Research Institute of Atmospherics (1941). For three years from 1935 studied in Enland, Germany, France and America and attended various international conferences. Following year (1936) with eye to Berlin Olympics successfully conducted experiments on wireless transmission of pictures. Since 1928 has been participating in joint research project on atmospherics with scholars of other countries, obtaining good results in removal of communication jamming, forecasting of typhoons, etc.
