Aydin Salarovich Imamaliev graduated from a secondary school in Baku, later he entered higher educational institution - Azerbaijan Medical Institute.
After graduation Aydin Salarovich Imamaliev began to work in the Shemakha district hospital, which is in the mountains of Azerbaijan. The result was a scientific work on the treatment of bites of poisonous snakes with antiserum serum "anti-gyurza" (1949). In May 1954 Imamaliev postgraduate training courses in Moscow at the Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the USSR Ministry of Health.
The first experiment on the dog on the transplantation of the joint of the femur was made on April 22, 1955. On the basis of the experiment, in 1956 a successful transplantation of the proximal end of the femur was procedures on a suddenly deceased person and treated according to the proposed procedure.
Aydin Salarovich is a member of the Presidium of the Society of Orthopedics and Traumatologists of the USSR, now - Russia.
