• Achievements include development of a model for the mean plume spacing between sheet plumes for turbulent connection at high Prandtl number. Discovery of varous new regimes convection across a permeable membrane. Discovery of a new behavior of contact angle with velocity for partially non-wetting drop motion over surfaces.
  
  Discovery of plantform structure of near-wall plumes in turbulent convection.
