Education
In 1935 he finished Postgraduate Course of Aichi 1st Normal School.
Career
He taught at elementary and middle schools and then became chairman of Executive Committee of Aichi Prefectural Teachers' Union and chief director of Aichi-ken Gakko Seikatsu Kyodo Kumiai (Aichi Prefectural School Life Cooperative Union) (1946).
In 1950 he was elected to House of Councilors. He held additional post of member of Special Committee for Repatriation of Overseas Japanese Nationals.
