Abduraimov began to play the piano at the age of six. Since 2007, Abduraimov is studying at the International Center for Music at Park University, Kansas City studying with professor Stanislav Ioudenitch. After winning the London International Piano competition at the age of 18, he has been playing numerous recitals and orchestra engagements worldwide.
In 2012 he released his debut album, a recording of Sergei Prokofiev"s Piano Sonata Number.
6 and other works by Prokofiev, Liszt and Saint-Saens. His second album came in 2014, a recording of Prokofiev"s Piano Concerto Number.
3 and Tchaikovsky"s Piano Concerto Number. 1 with the Orchestra Sinfonica Nazionale della Radiotelevisione Italiana conducted by Juarj Valcuha.
Both recordings were on the Decca label.
