Bengt Jonas Olsson, Swedish hydrologist. Achievements include discovery of nonlinear and fractal properties of hydrological processes, rainfall in particular; development of nonlinear and fractal computer simulation models for hydrological processes, e.g., chemical transport in soils; development of a neural network model for rainfall forecasting on the basis of atmospheric circulation.
Olsson, Bengt Jonas was born on February 19, 1964 in Gudmuntorp, Sweden. Son of Bengt and Anita Olsson.
