A twenty-year veteran of the film industry and serial entrepreneur, Bert Hesse is best known for his work in Charlotte North Carolina on the developing the flagship development for Studio Charlotte. Bert was also one of the original founders of The United States. Beginning his career as a schoolteacher, Hesse left his teaching job to become a software salesman for Software Services.
In 1983 he started his first business, Orbitron International, an engineering and data processing consulting firm which he sold in the early 90s.
From there he built a home health company called MedCorp of America, which he later sold to Hospital Corporation of America in 1996. Following the sale of his second business, Hesse used his Netto worth to break into thefilm industry as a producer.
Putting together films like Cold Storage and In the Footsteps of Elie Wiesel, Hesse worked on a wide range of films allowing him to develop relationships with numerous studios and filmmakers around the country.
