Honoured Master of Sports (boxing), 1963. With Moscow Trud. From 1963, with Moscow Spartak. USSR champion. 195968.
European champion, 1961 and 1963. Olympic champion, 1964 and 1968. Bronze medal, 1960. From 1977, Chairman of the Boxing Federation of the USSR.
