Following a one-year Federal Judicial Clerkship, attorney Mansfield entered private practice in 1984 with a plaintiff"s personal injury firm in Chattanooga, Tennessee, engaging in general civil, personal injury and commercial litigation. In 1992, Mr. Mansfield established his own civil trial practice in the tourist community of Sevier County, Tennessee, including Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains National Park. A substantial portion of Mr Mansfield"s practice involves the representation of out-of-state personal injury clients injured while visiting the community.
