Mr. Neary established his private law practice in 1982, specializing in the defense of people accused of crimes. He has participated in numerous criminal trials, dealing with crimes from murder, drug offenses, sexual assault, white collar offenses and driving while intoxicated.
Mr. Neary represents clients in both the Federal and State courts.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Neary regularly teaches both as a law school professor and a lecturer in continuing education programs, on topics related to criminal law and trial advocacy.
He is also a frequent author and media commentator on criminal law.
