In 1962-1963 Bronislav Viktorovich worked in the Saransk Music and Drama Theater. Since 1963 he was an actor of the Mogilev Regional Drama and Comedy Theater (Bobruisk).
Among his main roles are such roles as Vas’ka ("The Dawns Here Are Quiet" by Boris Vasilyev), Semyon Kovrov ("Rage" ("Yarost") by Yevgeny Yanovsky), "Aegeus" (Medea by Lyudmila Razumovskaya), "Zaleshin" (Light Without Heat by Alexander Ostrovsky, Nikolai Solovyov), "Cabot" (Desire Under the Elms by Eugene O'Neill) and others.
