Career
He received an AOS in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America and was mentored by chef Charlie Palmer. He is the co-owner and executive chef of five restaurants: AGGIO, Lunchbox, Family Meal, RANGE, and VOLT. He was a runner-up on the fifth season of Top Chef Masters, making him the first chef to compete on both Top Chef and Top Chef Masters. 2010 James Beard Foundation Award "Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic" Nominee.
