Career
Bumpei Yoshiki served as instructor of Tohoku University (1929), entered the Asahi Glass Company (1937) and became director of Asahi Glass Research Institute in 1948. Accorded a doctorate (1934) and the prize of Invention Assoсiation and the Scientific Prize of Ceramic Industry Association (1949). During the above period, rendered many outstanding achievements in the fields of ceramic and glass industries. Traveled in America to inspect glass industry in 1950.
