In 1937 Bunei Tsunoda graduated from Kyoto University with a degree in architecture.
Career
Bunei Tsunoda was professor at Doshisha University and at Otani College. He was Japan's representative at International Classics Archaeology Institute. Moreover Bunei Tsunoda was professor of Osaka City University, Director of the Heian Museum, Professor and Chairman of the Institute of Ancient Science, and Chairman of the Association of Ancients of the Foundation.
