Anderson, C. Leonard was born on January 13, 1946 in Spokane, Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Son of Charles Arthur and Elsa Alida (Ericsson) Anderson.


Bachelor in Education, Eastern Washington State College, 1968. Master of Library Science, University Oregon, 1972.
