She attended Sparkman High School in Harvest, Alabama where she graduated in 2010 At the age of two, she started to dance until eventually she began theater in high school.
She has worked as a background dancer with many notable recording artists in the music industry including Beyoncé, Ne-Yo, and Pitbull. Before acting roles, Carver appeared as a dancer in number of television series, such as Nashville, Glee, Parks and Recreation, and Video Hits One cheerleader soapy drama Hit the Floor in a recurring role. In 2014, she began playing guest parts in Twisted, and Stalker.
Also in 2014, Carver was cast for the recurring role as Hayley Heinz in the American Broadcasting Company Family drama series The Fosters.
In 2015, Carver was cast as Lacey Briggs in the American Broadcasting Company prime time television soap opera Blood and Oil alongside Don Johnson, Amber Valletta, and Scott Michael Foster, but after the pilot was picked-up to series, American Broadcasting Company recast her part.
