Carl Chang

Chang was a talented junior tennis player who beat a number of future professionals, including Pete Sampras, at junior events. He then attended the University of California, Berkeley, on a tennis scholarship and graduated with a business degree in 1991. Following his graduation, Chang briefly joined the professional tennis tour.
Carl Chang was named "Coach of the Year" by Tennis magazine in 1996.
