Carmen Wah-Kit Huie, American Chemistry educator. Achievements include development of novel laser-based imaging systemsfor the study of fundamental processes occuring within the laser microprobe and graphite furnace atomizer; development and applications of new and improved analytical techniques for the extraction, separation and detection of important biomolecules, e.g., porphyrins, bilirubins and lipids.
