Conversations with an Oak Tree was updated, rewritten and published internationally in a second edition in 2013.
Since the 1990s, Graff has published a total of sixteen books They include Strength and Health, Inside Pandora, Dream Catcher, The Art of Letting Go, Conversations With an Oak Tree, and Infoenza.
His writing has primarily been centered on taboos in coaching, therapy, self-development and business development. Additionally, he ghostwritten books for several international business entrepreneurs and has written a number of controversial autobiographical books about his polyamorous love life.
