Career
She served on the Atlanta City Council for District 6 from November 1997 to 2004, and served as President of the Council from 2001 to 2004, being succeeded by Lisa Borders. In 2008, Woolard was appointed as Cooperative American Relief Everywhere, serving in that capacity until 2010.
