Charles Phillips is the CEO and a Member of the Board of Directors of Infor, the world's third largest business applications company. Prior to Infor, Phillips was President of Oracle Corporation. During his seven year-tenure, the company tripled in size and acquired 70 companies. Prior to Oracle, Phillips was a Managing Director in the Technology Group at Morgan Stanley, where he was an Institutional Investor All Star for ten years.
