Prescott, Charles Henry was born on August 3, 1857 in Barnstead, New Hampshire, United States. Son of James Lewis and Harriet Morrill (Tripp) Prescott.

Education

Berwick Academy; Boston University. Admitted to bar, 1880.

Career

Founder, 1884, and sole proprietor Biddeford Daily Journal until 1921, when incorporated as Journal Public Corporation, of which became president. Also president York County Savings Bank, Biddeford & Saco Railroad Company, First National Bank. Vice president Portland Railroad Company.

President Biddeford Improvement Company.
