The Jeffers, Brook, Kreager & Gragg, Incorporated. firm was established in May 1986 when William A. Jeffers, Junior Steven R. Brook, Michael L. Kreager and David South. Gragg, all shareholders of two of the larger firms in San Antonio decided to form a quality, business-oriented law firm.
