Cho Shirahama graduated from Tokyo Academy of Fine Arts (1894) and sent by the school to Europe and the United States to study (1904).
Career
Cho Shirahama was professor at the Nihon Women's College and at his alma mater. He compiled textbooks of drawing for primary and middle schools.
