Chojiro Kitagawa graduated from Political Science Department of Tokyo University (1924).
Career
Chojiro Kitagawa served with Chugai Shdffyo Shimpo (Commercial News) and Jiji Shim-od (Current News) and thereafter became auditor of Hokuriku Mainichi Shimbun (1987). Held additional post of director of Hokuriku Sangyo (Industrial) Company. He served then with Seimitsu Kikai Toseikai (Precision Machinery Control Association) and Fujikoshi Kozai Kogyo (Steel Materials Industry) Company and thereafter founded and became president of Hokuriku Yukan Shimbun.
